Wintry Mix Possible for North Georgia
Atlanta - A light accumulation of snow is possible late Tuesday night and early Wednesday across parts of north Georgia, said the National Weather Service.
The NWS said the primary hazard will be from light accumulations of snow " less than one inch late Tuesday night and early Wednesday "generally northwest of a line from Cedartown to Alpharetta to Gainesville.
The most likely area for any accumulation of snow will be for elevations above 2500 feet.

The Kroger Co. employees in Atlanta and Savannah ratified agreements with a union, the grocery chain said Tuesday.
The agreements with United Food & Commercial Workers Union Local 1996 cover more than 19,580 Kroger employees in 165 stores in metro Atlanta and 12 stores in Savannah, Kroger (NYSE: KR) reported Monday.
The company did not reveal the details of the agreements. It had announced a tentative deal with the union earlier this month.

Study: Rules on flying with TB too strict
Atlanta -- Provocative new research suggests international rules that bar potentially infectious tuberculosis patients from flying are too stringent and airline passengers are really at little risk from catching TB from a fellow traveler.
Global and U.S. health authorities also go too far in advising testing of passengers and crew on long flights when an infected flier is discovered, said the researcher, Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar, in a paper published in a British medical journal.

Hole at Austell Complex Causes Concern
AUSTELL, Ga. (MyFOX Atlanta) - An Austell woman said Monday that she wants warning signs put up near her apartment complex after her son nearly drowned.
Jeanana Fordjour said water has gathered at the bottom of a 30 feet deep hole that's located near the edge of her Austell complex.
